What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Respond to inbound calls from prospective clients
– Leverage technology and tools such as Zillow, Q & U, and Compass for marketing residential properties
– Manage full sales transactions from contract to close
– Pursue additional opportunities to earn a consistent income stream
– Negotiate terms and close deals
– Lead and coach agents to increase productivity
– Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes
– Meet or exceed established sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Active and valid real estate license in good standing
– Demonstrated success in sales
– Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using technology and social media for marketing purposes
– Experience with the Zillow Flex platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Previous experience in real estate sales or related field
– Familiarity with other real estate technology platforms
