Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable using computer-based applications and tools.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
