What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

– Administering EWS PEP Connect needs, including reporting and administration functions
– Providing 1st level PEP Connect Support for internal and external customers
– Processing and billing for third party vendors
– Processing and delivery of embedded education products
– Coordinating virtual training sessions and events

What is Required (Qualifications):

– AA Business or Project management certification
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Experience and knowledge of learning management systems
– Knowledge of virtual deliverables and training options
– Experience in healthcare or imaging (helpful but not required)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

– Experience as a healthcare professional or in imaging
– Familiarity with learning management systems
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a global team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
