Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner 2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data entry procedures 3. Train new and existing staff on proper data entry techniques 4. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy of data 5. Monitor employee productivity to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy 6. Investigate and resolve data entry errors 7. Generate reports on data entry activity 8. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the work that is being done for them
