The Role
As a Touchpoint Optimization Specialist Costco, you are responsible for supporting Lovesac’s Costco pop-up road shows throughout the country, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a candidate with the ability to provide operational excellence in all Costco Touchpoint initiatives, fostering consistency, repeatability, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, training, product, fulfillment, IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to support their objectives.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in one of the 50 United States and should have the ability for travel as needed.
Summary Of Key Job Responsibilities
? Partner closely with Touchpoint Optimization Manager Costco, Field, and Sales Leaders to proactively identify and solve operational challenges to optimize existing operations.
? Responsible for the organization, planning, and execution of the Costco Display Skid and Refurbishment process (with cross-functional partners and vendors)
? Own, prioritize, and manage touchpoint associates’ needs and support requests through ticketing systems.
? Complete regular audits of Costco Master Schedule and Websites to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for enhancement.
? Streamline communication for roadshow names, dates, and hours of operation for the Costco warehouse, device delivery, skid/supply notes, and previous revenue history for that location (if applicable).
? Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully in accordance with our company standards.
? Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects our employees, peers and customers in accordance with the core values of our company.
? Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s Degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years? experience in a Touchpoint Operations role. Costco experience is a plus.
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Teams
? Knowledge of retail software including but not limited to: Jira, Opterus/Ops Center, Netsuite, Predict Spring, SCIS, and Gladly is preferred.
? Able to build cross-functional relationships to foster collaborative and productive initiatives.
? Must have proven time management skills and quickly adapt to a changing business environment.
? Able to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, listen, and use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make correct decisions based on various situations.
? Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
? Must have superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; able to listen effectively to solve problems, anticipate issues, and make effective decisions.
? Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
