Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
Produce high-quality, innovative, and engaging TikTok videos that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience. This includes conceptualizing ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, challenges, and features to capitalize on opportunities for increased reach and engagement.
Manage day-to-day operations of our TikTok account, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
Identify and foster relationships with influencers, creators, and brands for collaborations and partnerships to enhance our TikTok presence.
Analyze key performance metrics, track the success of content initiatives, and provide regular reports to the team with actionable insights for optimization.
Foster a sense of community among our TikTok followers by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Continuously explore new formats, trends, and creative approaches to keep our content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and creating compelling content.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithm, trends, and best practices.
Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively through short-form video content.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
