Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Prior customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
