Required Skills
In this position, the selected Technical Recruiter will have access to many online employment resources, an existing staff of Account Executives with many open requisitions to work on at all times, a professional back office including HR & Payroll for support, and, a team of like-minded, senior-level, Technical Recruiters to collaborate with daily. If you provide your talent and efforts we will provide the ingredients necessary for your success!
– 4 years plus of Technical Recruiting Experience,
– Demonstrated Track record of filling Information Technology and/or Engineering openings,
– Skilled PC User including MS Office, Internet Navigation, Applicant Tracking System and employment websites and use of LinkedIn professional social network,
– Exceptional communication and writing skills,
– Success-oriented
