? Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to ensure consistent and effectivecustomersupport.
Requirements :
? Highschool diploma or equivalent; college degreepreferred.
? Excellent written communicationskills with a strong command of grammar andspelling.
? Strong problemsolving skills and theability to think quickly andlogically.
? Proficiency in using computers andfamiliarity with chat and messagingplatforms.
? Ability to multitask effectively andhandle multiple chat conversationssimultaneously.
