About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant – Customer Advice Platforms in the Advice Enablement group as part of Advice & Planning. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development of Customer Advice Platforms, including LifeSync. Our group drives the ideation, development, and delivery of innovative capabilities and seamlessly connected experiences, enabling the LifeSync process and a unique connection to clients’ lives during their journey through all stages of the Advice Framework. In this role, you will: Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. Perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation and socialization… Perform data analysis, summarize findings and make data-driven recommendations Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with creating strategies and building products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make decisions Experience working with financial markets, financial products, and their uses and characteristics Experience understanding, capturing, and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes Success in managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across teams within a large organization Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Outstanding problem-solving skills Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
