What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Manage a team of supply chain experts to develop and implement solutions for customers and FedEx Supply Chain operations
– Conduct customer meetings, manage customer expectations, and make presentations to senior-level positions
– Collaborate with various teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions
– Develop and manage the department budget, create metrics to measure team’s bandwidth, and analyze market trends
– Create tools to support decision-making for pursuing new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor?s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 8-10 years of experience
– Experience in Warehouse Management Systems, operations flows, and implementation
– Knowledge of conveyance, automatic sortation equipment, material handling equipment, and product storage systems
– Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
– Understanding of Agile and Lean values/concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in developing solutions in multiple industry verticals such as Retail, Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology
– Knowledge of integrating ERP and WMS systems
– Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas and deliver solutions
– Strong team player with excellent interpersonal effectiveness
– Experience in customer engagement and management
