Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive who is proficient in both organic and paid social media marketing across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, video and graphic design, Reels editing, social media post management, and lead generation. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
? Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, for multiple clients.
? Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and Reels.
? Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and schedule content for optimal reach and engagement.
? Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using… analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
? Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall business objectives.
? Manage social media advertising campaigns for multiple clients, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
? Generate leads and drive conversions through effective social media marketing tactics, including lead generation campaigns, contests, and promotions.
? Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
? Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
? Proficiency in content creation, including writing, designing, and editing, with strong attention to detail and creativity.
? Expertise in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
? In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Experience with lead generation strategies and tactics on social media platforms.
? Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
