About The Org
The M365 Core org in Bangalore plays a pivotal role in powering end user experiences around and platform capabilities for the M365 eco system.

? Own and drive the architecture, design, implementation and shipping products
? Collaborate… across teams and organizations as part of shaping the product
? Develop and mentor a strong, diverse team and be a role model
? Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, be self-directed, and work well with other people
? Foster a culture of being agile, innovative, team-oriented and customer-focused
Qualifications
We expect the candidate to have:
? 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in building large-scale services and enterprise grade software
? Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in computer science engineering or equivalent
? Experience with Java, C++, C# or similar
? Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
? Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale
? Effective communicator and collaborator
? Experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams and being a thought leader within the team
? Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers
