These areas deliver an incredible amount of value to our customers and generate strong revenue for the company and as such, the potential for growth within this space presents a unique opportunity.Who are you:You are an experienced engineering manager who enjoys both leading projects and being an technical expertYou execute well with a high degree of individual ownership, but are also adept at leading a teamYou”re interested in the advancements of the mobile development communityYou collaborate with your peers to deliver high-quality and customer impacting solutions What you”ll do:Work with product owners to understand desired initiatives and implement application capabilitiesContribute to the mobile platform, codebase, and developer experience that supports and other internal initiativesLead the creation of features and system enhancements from technical design through production deployment and support to ensure a fast and reliable experience for our customersEncourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity Provide technical leadership to the team and hands-on delivery of business features and tech initiativesManage a team of engineers supporting our mobile apps and mobile extensionOwn native strategy across iOS, macOS, and AndroidCapital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.
