The Senior Coordinator of YouTube Content is responsible for elevating the content, presentation, and programming of our ever-growing YouTube platform. The Senior Coordinator works with content producers to optimize the consumption and engagement of original and sponsored video content for the company?s YouTube platforms and execute the video strategy on the league?s YouTube network. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Publish and program video content on the league?s YouTube platform; utilize available tools and skills to drive consumption and engagement. Execute day-to-day publishing and creation of YouTube short content, leaning on the league?s extensive archive and individual creativity. Work weekends to highlight in-race competition highlights from Friday-Sunday. Monitor industry-wide best-of trends and emerging video content platforms and make recommendations for the company?s content ecosystem as appropriate. Develop a playbook for at-track content production and capture that is YouTube-specific. Liaise with Content teams (Social, Productions, and Editorial) to ensure completed videos meet technical requirements and are published according to established timelines. Manage tight, often evolving deadlines. Maintain extensive knowledge of stock car racing, including current competition and industry storylines; maintain relationships with key personalities across the industry. Adhere to best-in-practice standards, producing accurate and clean work. Travel: 15%, including evenings and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four (4) a four-year college or university and a minimum of four (4) years of current experience in social/digital media or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient on all Company provided hardware and software. Knowledge of social media content management and reporting platforms. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects and other similar multimedia software suites. Able to work a non-traditional work schedule, including evenings and weekends. Strong social media acumen covering all key platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of stockcar racing is preferred. YouTube savant who knows the platform inside and out and is eager to help an iconic brand reach new audiences. Proven track record in both content development and digital sales.
