Dear Freelancer, on April 1st, we are launching a side project built on the base of our media platform. The platform will be called Desiren.me and is a copy of Onlyfans (adult content from individual content creators).
From the legal perspective, we need a row of contracts and general advice on proceeding in this industry. Among these contracts we would need…
– Contracts with creators (Desiren models)
– Contracts with agents (Who refer Creators to Desiren for 2% of creators? income)
– Contracts with employees that mention non-compete clauses and no allowance to steal creators in any way
– Terms of use and privacy
To identify whether you could help, I would love to welcome you to share some of your background and whether you have previously worked on similar projects (directly with OF stakeholders or similar).
In addition to that, I would love to hear a high-level estimation of the time for these contracts. Please keep in mind that we?re looking for someone who would be consulting us regularly.

The company is officially not yet incorporated, but will most probably be a Delaware C-corp just like the current company. However we’re happy to explore other options!
