About the role
The role of the Sales Consultant is to introduce, educate, and engage potential clients with dotloop. You will be responsible for obtaining new business through prospecting, cold calling and demonstrating to customers how Dotloop can solve their real-estate selling (or transactional) problems and streamline the document process. Represent dotloop and Zillow Group’s Core values.
Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
Learn and demonstrate sales techniques and product knowledge to understand the prospect?s challenges and priorities.
Excel during the onboarding training program.
Handle inquiries from potential prospects with top-level professionalism and skills.
Hit and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Ability to navigate multiple browsers and programs including product demos and Salesforce.
Present the dotloop product to prospective clients and close the deal.
Work closely with Product demonstration, Launch Teams, Account Management and Customer Support to ensure smooth handoffs.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. ?Remote? employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $20.70 – $33.10 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
1-3 years prior experience in inside sales or new business development.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Confident, competitive and comfortable with selling over the phone.
Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively.
Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred.
Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive?can-do? attitude via phone.
Make things happen and want a pay-for-performance environment with uncapped income potential.
Confident working in a phone sales environment and effectively communicate over phone, email, etc.
Bachelor?s degree (preferred but not required).
