Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Roblox Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and teaching children how to play Roblox games collaboratively. The ideal candidate should be comfortable playing various types of games within the Roblox platform, possess a fast and stable internet connection, and have the ability to… effectively instruct and demonstrate better strategies to succeed in these games. Please note that this position is on a trial basis due to fluctuating demand.
Responsibilities:
? Conducting interactive Roblox gaming sessions with children, focusing on collaboration, problem-solving, and strategy development.
? Providing guidance and support to children to help them understand game mechanics, controls, and objectives within Roblox games.
? Demonstrating advanced gameplay techniques and strategies to enhance children’s gaming skills and performance.
? Creating a positive and inclusive gaming environment conducive to learning and enjoyment.
? Monitoring children’s progress and providing constructive feedback to encourage skill improvement and development.
? Assisting children in troubleshooting technical issues or gameplay challenges they encounter during sessions.
? Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and appropriate behavior within Roblox games.
? Collaborating with team members to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum content.
Requirements:
? Proficiency in playing various types of games within the Roblox platform.
? Strong understanding of game mechanics, controls, and objectives in Roblox games.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children.
? Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm while teaching.
? Reliable and fast internet connection to ensure smooth gameplay during sessions.
? Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring children is preferred but not required.
? Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules.
? Must be able to pass a background check.
Additional Information:
? This position is part-time and may require evening or weekend availability.
? Compensation will be provided on an hourly basis.
? The trial period duration will be determined based on demand and performance evaluations.
