Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage a network of shippers and carriers
– Negotiate freight rates with carriers
– Review shipping and contract documents for accuracy
– Ensure accurate freight billing and address any discrepancies
– Coordinate with trucking companies to assign loads
– Monitor product movement to ensure on-time delivery
– Address any service failures and implement corrective measures
– Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain service levels
– Run reports as requested
– Respond to a high volume of communications on a daily basis

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
– 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
– 1+ years of load board freight negotiation experience (required)
