About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries through… various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in person

5. Communication: Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns
6. Strive to build positive relationships with customers
7. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including their inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, for documentation and analysis
8. Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers if relevant
9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer service interactions meet the company’s quality standards and policies

Skill requirements:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach

Basic computer skills and the ability to work with customer service software and databases

Previous customer service experience may be preferred
