American Airlines Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team based in Indianapolis, Indiana on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing information on airline policies and procedures
– Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
– Providing support to customers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Utilizing company systems and software to access and update customer information
– Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on airline products and services
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1 year of customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
– Resourceful and able to think creatively to deliver solutions
– Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills
– Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
