Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to help achieve our bold goals of becoming a creator-focused platform that successfully understands and can meet the needs of all the different types of creators. A Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and delivery of a project within Creator Content. This includes planning, prioritizing , executing, delivery and reporting according to team standards. This role is highly cross-functional and spans across content, partnerships, product, engineering, marketing and more. Our complementary team is located in Stockholm, New York, and LA. The Program Management Team that you?ll be a part of has members in Stockholm (Team Manager is located here) and New York. What you’ll do:
? Help understand and drive the Creator Content (CC) Strategy and be able to represent it in various cross-functional forums across the company
?… Build strong relationships between the Creator Content team and our key internal collaborators including Partnerships, Talk Mission, Other R&D Missions, Marketing, Legal
? Kick off and drive cross functional projects to help achieve CC goals
? Participate in and/or lead cross functional forums and workshops to drive projects forward
? Lead day-to-day project operations, including developing and running project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
? Help the project working group identify and navigate risks and blockers that arise during the project?s execution phase
? Develop frameworks for communicating project updates to key collaborators and the broader organization
? Serve as the subject matter authority for your projects and regularly present project context, goals, and progress in a variety of internal forums
? Communicating and supervise progress throughout various stages of the project
Who you are:
? You have 3+ years of work experience in Project/Program Management in preferably a tech company
? Your have a Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience
? You have experience in discussing and interacting with senior leaders as well as engineers and other ICs,
? An influencer with the ability to lead without formal authority.
? You have experience leading cross-functional projects with a variety of partners across product, marketing, partnerships, and operational teams
? You can set and align goals and plans across multiple teams, track progress, and constantly think of ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies in work
? You?re a phenomenal communicator and bring clarity to the projects you take on
? You?re comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast paced, and international environment
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
