We are looking for a passionate and driven Program and Ops Manager to join the eBay team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building out programs and operations to ensure we meet our objectives. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful operations and program management.The ideal candidate for this role is an… experienced professional with a demonstrated history of success in program and operations management. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to identify and execute on key priorities. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage programs and operations to ensure organizational objectives are met.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful operations and program management.
Analyze data and identify areas of improvement to ensure successful program execution.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize program and operations performance.
Create and maintain program and operations reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor program and operations budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor program and operations performance and adjust strategies where needed.
Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
Provide guidance and support to other teams to ensure successful program and operations management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful program and operations management.
