The Yahoo Product Strategy team is responsible for driving the overall product strategy for the Yahoo DSP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Support to define and execute a product strategy for the Yahoo DSP for your domain. Your role will involve market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback to ensure that Yahoo DSP continues to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
The Sr. Manager, Product Strategy will be focused on Yahoo DSP?s Commerce offering which allows both retailers and brand partners to reach audiences using a broad spectrum of media solutions. Leveraging Yahoo DSP, this is a growing opportunity that we are well-positioned to capture with our unique inventory, data, and ad tech for existing and new clients. Our expanded offerings will encompass onsite (web and app) advertising and offsite advertising (social and programmatic).
A deep understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem, future-forward thinking, and being a collaborative team player are keys to success in this role. Following @adtechgod is a plus.

? Thought Leader: Use your knowledge to develop informed opinions about the media industry and where the Yahoo DSP can succeed.

? Informed: You?re on top of the latest news and developments in the programmatic and ad-tech space.
? Team Player: As a member of the DSP Strategy team, you are able to coordinate and work with multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and own the product strategy for Yahoo DSP?s Commerce offering and align it with the overall DSP Product Strategy.
? Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product and feature enhancements.
? Analyze competitive offerings and develop POV on where the DSP can gain a competitive advantage.
? Collaborate with Product teams to define and prioritize products and feature enhancements.
? Drive commercialization efforts with cross-functional teams.
? Work with GTM and Sales teams on product education and messaging.
? Gather direct customer feedback on DSP products and features.
? Serve as DSP subject matter expert on internal and external trainings.
? Work with Finance on product margin management and fee strategy.
? Collaborate on leadership updates, including QBRs and domain updates.
Requirements
? 5+ years in product or Programmatic media strategy for a media company or agency
? Strategic thinker and problem solver
? Experience working across multiple disciplines within an organization
? Excellent writing and presentation skills
? Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
? Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities

The compensation for this position ranges from $151,125.00 ? $315,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
