Our team has worked directly with companies like Air India, LTIMindtree, and Bayer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions, and we need your help ? as Senior Product Manager for Teams AI platform ecosystem ? to drive the next wave of solutions.
As a product manager working with developers, UX designers, integration partners, and customers, you will explore the customer problem space and key requirements, pitch the potential of AI to transform business processes, and then drive envisioning and UI/technical design through to build and deployment of solutions into production. The role also drives key product insights and ecosystem signals to shape the future of the Microsoft Teams platform, Copilot, and Azure.

Responsibilities
? Work directly with partners, customers, and your colleagues in Teams engineering to design and deliver innovative Teams app solutions, including technical envisioning for how Teams-based solutions will work and interact with other services and applications
? Serve as an expert on Teams/Azure/Microsoft AI platform capabilities and architecture; collaborate closely with peers, external partners, and customers to train, advise, and guide on technical capabilities, solution design, and platform strategy
? Develop and drive depth and scale engagement programs to strengthen the ecosystem of Microsoft?s key technology delivery partners
? Research, contextualize, and evangelize broader solution and technology trends and opportunities to drive longer-term investments and product shifts
? The role will cover multiple regions in Eastern Hemisphere and work with peer product teams in the Americas and Europe, so occasional flexibility around work schedules is expected.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
? 8+ years of direct product management/development experience in the technology industry in positions of increasing responsibility
? Recent experience driving AI-based solutions (RAG, GPT, LLM) and general awareness of the rapidly-evolving AI landscape
? Track record of guiding large IT deployments from evaluation all the way through deployment at scale to thousands of users
? Solid technical understanding of web experiences, mobile apps, and cloud services architecture and operations
? Demonstrated ability to evaluate, critique, and recommend improvements on software user experiences and interface design
? Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with developing modern web apps is preferred (e.g. in .NET, Node.js, React) at a level that enables productive conversations with developers
? Hands-on experience or solid familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack is preferred (Copilot plugins, Azure OpenAI, Graph Connectors, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Additional Qualifications
? Experience presenting to IT management, technical IT staff, and end users; able to pivot quickly and adapt messaging to suit a range of audience technical levels and requirements
? Able to function in a highly autonomous environment ? self-starter with innate curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly-changing startup environment, strong problem-solving skills in unfamiliar situations
? Fluent written and spoken English, including technical and business terms
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training and certification.
