This role requires a deep love for photography and a seasoned problem-solver. You will work with world-class creative and production teams to craft imagery across a variety of Apple marketing campaigns. You will support a wide variety of postproduction and creative conceiting, including silhouetting, color manipulation, masking, compositing, background extensions, layer effects, and channel manipulation for concept pitches and final artwork.
Qualifications
? You have at least 5-7 years of retouching experience within a commercial environment, working with a variety of clients/industries, including on-set experience.
? You are a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable team player who is comfortable collaborating remotely and in the office.
? Clear, concise, and professional communication internally and externally – with an emphasis on nurturing internal partnerships.
? You are insatiably curious about new resources, processes, and techniques. You can think strategically and solve problems independently.
? Positive attitude, highly collaborative, hunger to learn, and a willingness to get into the details or jump on a task outside of your usual purview to help the team. A pro-active and positive team player.
? You are comfortable positively and constructively responding to technical and creative feedback from team leaders and creatives.
? You are disciplined in managing your time and projects, meeting deadlines, communicating expectations, and anticipating road blocks along the way.
? You have a strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software ecosystems, as well as Adobe Creative suite. Capture One.

Description
? Partner with creative teams to craft imagery for new and existing projects across Apple brands for OOH, Print, and digital platforms.
? Work closely with Archivist on file naming conventions, retouching rounds, and delivery to ensure optimal workflow and archive systems are maintained seamlessly.
? Work with a variety of file formats, camera profiles, and software.
? Project management, including evolving timelines, rounds of revisions, and feedback loops. Respond quickly and positively to urgent requests and changes. Update project status in established team platforms.
? Work with discretion on all projects, and confer with team leads + creatives when applying judgement over materials being presented as a final project.
Education
Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience preferred
