Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Must be a resident of the United States.
