About the Role
This is a unique role that supports company operations part-time on weekends primarily. The schedule for this role will be a 3-day work week: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with working hours 9 am to 5 pm. As our “Weekend Warrior”, you’ll keep things running smoothly while our core Monday-Friday team is out of office.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
? Provide “after hours” support, handling tickets and projects that come in outside of our normal business hours
? QA & launch recruitment for our researchers submitted projects
? Manage the ongoing recruitment of our researchers projects
? Provide exceptional and timely reactive & proactive communication and support to our users, troubleshooting when necessary
? Serve as the product expert, keeping up to date with new product releases and features
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Bring ideas and brainstorms to the forefront related to our team goals
? Coverage on holidays on a volunteer basis only, optional and not required.
Minimum Qualifications
? 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (i.e.,account management, project management, customer support, etc.)
? Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
? Down-to-earth self-starter
? Excited by the idea of joining an early-stage and lean startup
? Comfortable working independently as the majority of our team will not be online
? Comfortable with ambiguity
? Excited about maintaining a primarily weekend work schedule
? Candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.

? Availability to work additional days/hours each month (as needed) for backup team support
