– Manage tasks related to sales administration, such as the processing of claims, policy renewals, and documentation.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring client contentment.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex information are required, although training is provided.
– The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– After hiring, a valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a certain amount of time.
