WHO YOU ARE
NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – RETAIL
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our growing company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key national retail accounts.
As a National Account Manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve Aura?s business goals.
Responsibilities
? Achieve sales targets and company initiatives
? Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
? Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
? Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients? requirements are met
? Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
? Ensure brand consistency
? Ability to negotiate
? Collect and analyze sales data and trends
? Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
? Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
? Manage forecasting/ demand planning inputs with team (with team support/standalone)
? Manage seasonal planning and replenishment forecast planning
? Liaise with internal departments such as accounting and finance to help the company keep accurate client financial records
Requirements
? Proven work experience as a Account Manager
? Experience with Walmart, Sam?s Club, and/or Kohl?s is preferred
? Previous experience working in Consumer Electronics or Housewares is a plus
? Solid experience in sales and customer management
? Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
? In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
? Hands-on experience with sales software and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
? Experience with NetSuite is a plus
? Excellent analytical and organizational skills
? Strong communication skills
? Comfortable working independently
? Availability to travel as needed
