What you’ll do…
Membership is core to the success of Sam’s Club. As Manager of Member Strategy & Innovation at Sam’s Club, you will keep a finger on the pulse of membership and building the future of membership offerings. We’re looking for someone to provide clarity on today and help envision tomorrow. If you are a strategic thinker that can merge data with creativity, this is the role for you! This position is based out of Dallas, Texas or Bentonville, Arkansas and working a hybrid schedule (mixture of in-office and remote work)
What you’ll do:
? Play a pivotal role in executing our membership strategic initiatives that drive improve ment in member acquisition, engagement , and retention .
? Support the membership innovation pipeline to enhance our competitive position in the market , by build ing business case s to support key initiatives , and partne r ing with other departments to bring the ideas to life.
? M easure business health across each membership pillar ( e.g. acquisition, upgrades, renewals). You will be the membership health expert who is on top of the trends and can articulate what’s happening, why it’s happening, and execute initiatives to drive improvements.
What you’ll bring:
? 3-5 years of business, marketing , or strategy experience.
? S trong desire to learn and grow, and possess a curious mindset, consistently seeking out opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills.
? You are passionate about not just sharing data but telling a story through meaningful insights.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.
