About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader to join the Marketing Analysis team in Finance. You?ll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Food Innovation, Operations, and Supply Chain. The Manager plays a key leadership role in planning and executing Taco Bell?s national promotional calendar.
As the leader for a team of three, the individual will oversee key financial and strategic aspects of Taco Bell?s core and promotional menu?from product cost of sales, to testing and forecasts. You?ll partner cross functionally to deliver insights and commercial strategies that optimize sales and profits. You?ll also lead key strategic analysis for future menu growth layers and products.
Necessary strengths include: a strong finance and strategic problem-solving skillset, a growth mindset, and a great attitude with an ability to influence to make an impact. The individual must be able to apply financial modeling & analysis, distill key insights, and craft executive level presentations.
This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.
The Day-to-Day:
? Partner cross-functionally to share the finance point of view while developing holistic recommendations for product promotions
? Coach high-performing team; manage cross functional relationships and priorities
? Craft strategies and build business cases to support key growth layers
? Own comprehensive national sales mix forecasts; partner with Supply Chain team to spot risks and develop mitigation plans
? Lead ad hoc analysis to assess menu performance
? Develop presentations to influence and align stakeholders on financial and strategic recommendations
Is This You?
? BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
? MBA a strong plus
? 8 years relevant work experience (Corporate Finance, analytical/insights-driven roles, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
? Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
? Desire to have a large impact on our organization with a can-do attitude
? Superb interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross functionally
? Ability to communicate and present at the executive level among key Taco Bell and Franchise stakeholders
? Leadership and coaching skills; passionate about growing people
? Resourceful nature with an ability to build business cases through financial models, data, and relevant assumptions
? Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
? High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $130,500 to $161,280 annually bonus eligibility benefits
