You should be someone who understands how people feel when they receive the wrong product or need to request a refund.
As a live chat assistant, you will support our eCommerce clients in providing customer… assistance to their customers. You will be compensated for responding to chat messages on a company’s website or through social media accounts. Answering consumer questions, providing sales links, and providing discounts are all tasks.
Monthly salary: $8000 – $12000
