Coca-Cola is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis in San Jose, California. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat… platform and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and oversee the live chat operations, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries.
2. Train, mentor, and coach a team of live chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Monitor chat volumes and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience through the live chat platform.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing live chat operations in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting.
5. Resourceful and confident in decision-making.
6. Excellent persuasion and leadership skills.
7. Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools.
