What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions
– Monitor training programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
– Maintain content and structure for the Learning Management System
– Troubleshoot employee issues related to training programs
– Collaborate with external content vendors and internal IT teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Three to four years of progressive experience in learning and development
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
– Strong communication and analytical skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience using adult education principles in a retail setting
– Expertise in distance learning facilitation
– Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
– Previous experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System
– Strong feedback and coaching skills
