As a lead, within the Corporate Affairs ? Social Impact team, you will be responsible for building awareness, engagement, and impact in programs that enable partners to activate nonprofit relationships and serve their communities, working in partnership with cross-functional teams to support our partners, stores, customers and the local communities in which we operate. You will develop and share timely strategic program updates, resources, communication tools, and reports with partners at various levels of the organization, including mid-level and regional leaders. You will lead and influence project teams to implement community programs, and continuously capture insight to inform future program strategies.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
? Lead existing programs and support development of new programs; manage connection points for how programs integrate within team and cross-functional priorities and develop and maintain internal relationships with cross-functional teams
? Track impact and report on programs on a regular basis, evaluating key learnings and insights to inform current program evolution, future program innovation, and communication plans; and
? Manage workplans and budgets delivering against multiple projects on different timelines simultaneously.
We?d love to hear from people with:
? 2+ years of experience developing and executing strategies, managing multiple complex programs, and influencing others
? 3+ years of experience in developing and managing national and/or global stakeholder relationships and partnerships, including oversight and execution of contracts
? Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
? Highly collaborative style; strong ability to organize and manage cross-functional teams and relationships in a fast-paced environment, working with a high level of professional maturity
? Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills as core requirements
? Experience clearly and concisely synthesizing and reporting on complex and diverse programs for a diverse group of audiences, representing the team and work with senior leadership, and creating and delivering executive presentations
? Experience with budget oversight and management
? Experience developing and implementing social impact and communications strategies with excellent written and verbal communication skills
