Our location in Canton, Georgia is currently seeking a full-time, Inside Sales Representative Monday- Friday.
Summary:
The primary role of the DTC Sales Representative is to drive sales growth derived by inbound leads received via phone and website. The DTC Sales Representative will be directly responsible for building and managing a pipeline of leads through both inbound and outbound efforts while providing an excellent customer experience. Overall performance will be measured against a monthly sales budget and daily activity KPI?s. This position is fast paced and will require excellent time management and prioritization to manage the abundance and variety of daily tasks.
? Command tier A and B product knowledge and how they differentiate from the competitor.
? Proficient in qualifying customer needs as it relates to product, competitors, and arrival date.
? Properly record customer notes and follow-up tasks succinctly within CRM.
? Efficiently manage inbound calls, emails and outbound follow-up tasks ensuring proper pipeline management.
? Clear communication with management as it relates to customer needs. A few examples include, but are not limited to discount requests, delivery expediting, custom products.
? Ongoing management of order backlog ensuring the customer is informed to estimated order arrival date.
? Comfortable offering product substitutes when appropriate.
? Excels in written and verbal communication.
DTC Sales Representatives may also be asked to participate in the following activities:
? Customer service needs related to payment processing and shipping status.
? Preparation of sell sheet and fabric swatch requests
? Any additional activities that may arise within the organization not listed here.
Requirements:
? 3 Years Minimum Sales Experience
? 3 Years Minimum in High Call Volume, Competitive Sales Environment
? Experience using and logging data in a CRM
? Ability to thrive in a team environment, as well as act as individual contributor
? Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
? Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent business experience
? Professional approach and demonstration of business acumen
? Understanding of sales and closing techniques
Preferred:
? Experience with Salesforce.com
? Sales Experience with outbound calls and selling strategies to close sales deals.
? Knowledge of Furniture industry including: Office, Rental, Residential and Public Sector
? Ability to speak Spanish
