Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Intern will assist in day to day Human Resources operations such as developing and administering HR policies, creating employee benefit packages, and personnel management.
Qualifications
? Experience or education in Human Resources or related fields
? Knowledge of HR policies, HR Management, and Personnel management
? Experience creating employee benefit packages
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? The ability to work independently and remotely
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
? A willingness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
? A Bachelor’s degree or coursework towards a degree in HR, Business or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?15,000.00 – ?25,000.00 per month
