Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager, who will be responsible for managing employee relations, hiring, maintaining employee records, benefit administration, and coordinating performance management programs. The successful candidate will also assist with creating and implementing HR policies and procedures and responding to employee inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
? Human Resources Management, Legal Compliance, or related field experience
? Working knowledge of human… resource legislation and regulations
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
? An understanding of data analysis and application in HR programs
? Experience in overseeing employee performance management, benefits administration, policy development, and compliance
? A high degree of confidentiality and ethical behavior
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
? Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or SPHR) is a plus
