? * Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
? * Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.
? Required Skills:
? * Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
? * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? * Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
