Roles and Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
? Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
? Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
? Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle employee documentation.
? Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
? Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development plans.
? Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
? Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
? Conduct training sessions on HR policies, diversity and… inclusion, and other relevant topics.
? Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
? Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
? Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with teams
