What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as a central communication link between the employer, patients, medical staff, and the general public
? Answer calls in a high-volume environment within a 24/7 department
? Respond to information and messaging requests for multiple hospitals and healthcare practitioners
? Make informed decisions to address provider messaging related to patient care
? Ensure excellent customer service and effective communication in stressful conditions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree or continued administrative education preferred
? Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or call center position, preferably in healthcare
? Must be customer-driven with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
? Ability to work with diverse groups and process a high volume of calls
? Knowledge of medical terminology and Microsoft software applications preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual skills are preferred
? Experience in a healthcare-related call center environment
? Familiarity with advanced customer service techniques
? Strong multitasking abilities in a technology-intensive environment
