Job Description

Responsibilities:
? Manage the Google Ads team for their performance-focused, digital paid advertising campaigns against defined success metrics
? Assist in planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of digital paid advertising campaigns
? Cover one or more digital advertising disciplines including: (1) paid search (PPC) – Google Ads (2) programmatic display – Google Ads, DV360
? Communicate the relationships with advertising platform vendors and other third parties
? Support account managers, and directors as needed
? Stay current with all digital advertising industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Ads, with solid leadership experience
? Business-level or fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
? Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Advertising, or a related major is a plus
? Willing to possess advertising certifications, i.e. Google Advertising Certification
? Must maintain a home office with… high-speed internet and high-speed computer
? Interest in advertising and analysis
? Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
? Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
? Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
? Commitment to personal development
? Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive with minimal supervision
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
