Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants and to provide operational support in Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across… Chick-fil-A. Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must have worked for their current Operator for at least six months and have their support before applying. FTS can work a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments each year, staying up to three weeks at each event.
