What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Make high volume of daily outbound calls to various prospect leads
– Research customer needs and effectively communicate product/service information
– Partner with verification and credit underwriting teams to validate new business customers
– Follow outreach sequences and lead management processes to qualify leads
– Stay up to date on all T-Mobile products, plans, and promotions pricing
What is Required (Qualifications):
– High School Diploma/GED (Required)
– Less than 2 years Outbound Call Center environment (Required)
– Less than 2 years Business customer service, sales, or retention (Required)
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Less than 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
– Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related subject
