Position Overview
As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
Perform related work as required.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
