Job Description

Position Summary:

The Director of Amazon will lead a team of 8-12 brand managers and specialists, overseeing the management of 10-15 brands. This position focuses on high-level strategy, people management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, with a background in consumer packaged goods… (CPG) and experience managing large advertising budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a team of 8-12 brand managers and specialists.
? Oversee the management and growth of 10-15 brands on Amazon.
? Develop and implement high-level strategies to drive brand success and market expansion.
? Act as a people manager, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
? Manage client relationships at an executive level, including contract maintenance and renewal.
? Ensure the team meets and exceeds performance goals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
? Utilize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to drive brand success.
? Manage large advertising budgets (brand, product, display, DSP) up to $1M.
? Promote a data-driven approach to account management and strategic decision-making.
? Teach and coach team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a brand manager with a strong track record of success.
? In-depth technical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
? Strong understanding of CPG and experience managing large ad budgets.
? Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-level strategies.
? Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
? Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to maintain executive-level engagements.
