We’re looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team and take our online presence to the next level.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy: Research and analyze industry trends, audience demographics, and competitor activity.
Define clear goals and objectives for social media campaigns, aligned with overall marketing strategies. Develop engaging content calendars that resonate with target audiences across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Create and curate high-quality content: Write compelling captions, tweets, and blog posts that tell our brand story and spark audience interaction.
Source and edit captivating visuals, including photos, videos, and infographics. Stay up-to-date on… emerging content formats and experiment with new platforms and features.
? Manage and optimize social media platforms: Schedule and publish content according to optimal posting times and audience engagement patterns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Run targeted social media ad campaigns to drive website traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
? Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies based on data insights. Stay informed about the latest social media analytics tools and technologies activeness.

? Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to create cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
? 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
? Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to create engaging and creative content that resonates with target audiences.
? Data-driven approach to social media marketing with experience in analytics and reporting.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Passion for our industry and brand.
? Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).
? Video editing and production skills.
? Experience with influencer marketing.
