About the Job
We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic and highly experienced Delivery Head India to drive our consulting services to expand our business in India within new and existing financial services clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consulting services into local and international banks with a focus on key departments such IT, risk and business change. You will have a proven reputation in the industry built over 7-10 years of experience working in a bank, leading business development into banks or providing consulting services.
You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business into new and existing clients through strategic offerings, partnerships and expanding current engagements.
You will be responsible for ambitious growth by winning and retaining customers, significantly expanding our portfolio of notable new logos. You will be responsible for refining our offerings to better tailor them to client needs.
You… will work closely with other internal teams including the C-Suite, Practice heads, marketing team, and client success team to ensure that clients are satisfied and continue to expand their use of our services.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:
? Serve as the primary point of contact for local and global clients. Expand existing relationships and create new relationships within existing and new clients.
? Run the monthly governance calls with all key stakeholders and ensure the relationship, consulting services are of level expected and any concerns are addressed promptly.
? Collaborate with the leadership team to provide direction to the practice leads, marketing, and client success teams.
? Participate in negotiations with clients and oversee HR and recruitment functions with active management of the onboarding, negotiation of contracts, extensions and probations.
? Establish and refine standards and processes for continuous improvement across the organization and practices.
? Accountable for delivering high quality services end to end.
? Ensuring a base margin is maintained for each location and each client.
? Provide Support to business development managers in client pitches and proposal development.
? Collaborate with engagement leads to effectively allocate resources from either external pools or from within internal pools (bench/client transfer).
? Drive the development and growth of practices, including the exploration of new areas and expansion of existing ones.
? Monitor performance and facilitate training initiatives to align with business objectives.
? Ensure all CRM systems, notes and artifacts for managed regions are up to date in our system and current to ensure we are able to be successful.
? Work with our marketing team to plan 3 months in advance activities to generate conversations and leads for new business.
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
? Successful track record in consultancy on delivery to the International Banks in India and/or experience working within International Banks
? Ability to create and propose solutions to various stakeholders to get approval.
? Proven ability working with various clients for delivering high quality end to end services.
