Job Description
Ricci & Associates is seeking a Data Entry Operator to work remotely and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality records that support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
? Accurately enter, update, and… maintain information across various systems and databases.
? Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents.
? Work remotely with internal teams to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data.
? Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly.
? Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders.
? Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Previous experience in data entry or a similar role.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools.
? Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred).
? Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
? High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
? Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
? High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
Pay: 24-32$/hr
